Now all we're going to be doing is that, go to the taskbar and on it at your left side which is the search bar type in services

A Dialogue box will open labeled services On the dialogue box navigate through and select windows updates after finding the windows update stop it from running on your top left corner

Now Right-click on it and select properties another dialog box appears on it right beside the startup type

change the option by selecting  disabled in order to stop the updates automatically

 select disable and apply.
