Step by step guide to fix the Windows error "User Profile Service Service Failed To Sign in" and "User Profile Cannot Be Loaded"
Hi guys? I am going to help to fix the error "User Profile Service Service Failed To Sign in" So please follow the instructions. First, restart your computer and You have to be on Safe ModeTo Boot to Safe mode in Windows 8 /10 or 11
Hold the Shift key on the keyboard and restart the machine.
- In Settings Mode click on troubleshoot
- Select Advanced Options
- Click on Startup Settings
- Now Click on Restart and after the restart
- Select the Option Safe Mode by pressing 4 or F4
- Just wait for it to boot onto safe mode.
For Windows 7 Restart your computer, After restart press the F8 key and a menu will pop up
When you see the Menu
Choose an Option "Safe mode with networking"
and the computer will boot in safe mode
after the finish, booting click on the Start button
and in the search bar type Regedit
Right-click on this file and select "Run as administrator"
Now open the following folders
click on "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"
next click on "Software"
and then
Click on "Microsoft"
Click on "Windows NT"
Click on "Current version"
and now find the folder
"ProfileList"
in this folder, you will find two files with the same name and that is the actual problem.
So we have to change the name of both folders and rename them by adding letters to the existing names so after finishing renaming, you have to modify the files.
Just select the lower folder
Right-click on the file named "State" and modify it, On your screen there will be values of Numbers(1000s) just replace them with Zero(0)
Next File is refcount, Right-click on "Refcount" Modify.. change the values to Zero(0) and
Click OK and Exit
Restart your Computer.
If this solved your problem then it's Ok But if it is not solved then check the video link below on my Youtube Channel for a different solution
