PROCEDURE :

1. Open Your Browser and Search WINDOWSTXT
2. Select the first Link = TXT TEXT
3. Highlight all text and Copy
4. Create a new text document file on your Desktop and Paste it inside.
5. Click on File at the top of the text document created and select Save As.
6.  Re-name the file name it as  WINDOWS.CMD and click on Save.
7. Now On your Desktop a CMD File is Created automatically named WINDOWS. 
8. Right Click On it and Run As Administrator.
